For groups of 15 or more, we offer a discounted ticket price plus the opportunity to add on experiences that will make your day extra special. Group benefits include a generous ticket discount, coach parking and a dedicated zoo support team.

Universal Credit discount
We want to help as many people as possible to experience a day out at the zoo.
We have reduced price tickets for those currently on Universal Credit, income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA), income-based Jobseeker's Allowance (JSA), Housing Benefit, Working Tax Credit, Child Tax Credit and Income Support.
